1. Definitions

• To reserve private dining, contact us via the website reservation form, phone or email. A deposit may be required for some private bookings—we will notify you in advance when this applies.
• For cancellations, please inform us as early as possible. Cancellation fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows, particularly for private events or large groups.

We accept payment methods as displayed at each location. All prices may be subject to local consumption tax and service charges where applicable. Payment must be completed at the restaurant unless otherwise agreed.

7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of food service, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with your meal or service, please speak to our manager during your visit so we can resolve the issue promptly.

All text, images, designs and logos on this Site are the property of Gyukatsu Motomura or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. User Conduct & Photos

We welcome guests to photograph their meals. Please be respectful of other diners and staff. By posting photos taken on our premises and tagging us or using our hashtag, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use those images on our social channels and site, unless you specify otherwise in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability
